  • Bookings can be made through our Sirvoy website, by phone at 0812569930, or by email at baanpufa@gmail.com.

  • When booking directly with us, payment is made upon departure unless stated otherwise.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Baanpufa Resort.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the booking date.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date may be subject to charges.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM.

  • Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

  • The resort reserves the right to charge for any repair or replacement costs.

5. Liability

  • Baanpufa Resort is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay.

  • Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.

  • Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
